Etternal Memory hereby warrants that the contents of its web site accurately represent the products it sells. Etternal urns are works of art, designed and produced in accordance with Spanish and international law and intellectual property legislation. Etternal Memory holds the production, sale and promotion rights over the urns and other products appearing on its web site. All Etternal urns have an official certification of authorship and a certificate of authenticity guaranteed by the signature of the artist, who has assigned all production sale and promotion rights to Etternal Memory.

Acquisition and use of Etternal urns:

When customers acquire an Etternal urn, they acquire a product made with artisanal techniques and high-quality production processes. Given that they are works of art not produced industrially, there may be some very small tonal variations between the photographs hosted on the web site and the urn received by the customer. This is normal given that they are exclusive items and materials produced artisanally. Etternal guarantees by means of its different quality controls that the urns sent to customers are in an optimal condition. Furthermore, Etternal Memory has a return policy should customers not be satisfied.

Etternal urns are designed to hold, in the receptacle they feature, the ashes of your loved ones. Etternal Memory accepts no responsibility for the improper use of its Etternal urns by customers or for any consequences thereof. Etternal Memory recommends that the ashes are carefully stored in the receptacle and that your Etternal urn is put in a place protected from the rain and from direct sunlight. Etternal Memory recommends not constantly changing the Etternal urn’s location, but instead placing in a prominent place in your home, where its beauty can pay tribute to your loved one’s ashes.

Shipping

Etternal urns are sent in special packaging that guarantees almost complete security. All shipments are made with additional insurance included in the total shipping cost. There are two methods of shipping available: DHL and Correos y Telégrafos de España (Spanish National Postal Service). Each company has special rates and methods of certified delivery. In the purchase process customers will be asked to choose between both companies and a delivery-time estimate and a tracking number will be provided by email.

Returns and money-back guarantee

Etternal guarantees your money back if your are not satisfied. Every Etternal urn is a piece of art, produced using artisanal techniques and subject to strict quality controls. In any case, when they receive their Etternal urn, customers have 30-day warranty period in which to exercise their return option (only for non personalized products). If they are not satisfied with their Etternal urn, after returning it in its original packaging (paying shipping costs) customers shall be repaid the purchase price. Etternal Memory accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage urns may suffer after they have been shipped to customers. Etternal urns are sent in special packaging that guarantees almost complete security.

VAT Tax

Only if you are buying in Spain, your order amount will be added with the corresponding VAT Tax.

Currencies

You can make your purchase in Etternal in three different currencies: US Dolar, Euro and GB Pound. For calculating the prices, Etternal will use the current exchange rate in the time of purchase.
